Amateur Idols is a site that has good intentions, and when you hear the name 'Amateur Idols' you may probably think about a popular TV show with a similar name. Unfortunately, they couldn't be further apart - considering one is a big-budget all exclusive popular ratings powerhouse and this site is a collection of rehashed non-exclusive 'amateur' DVDs.

You shouldn't expect to see many actual amateurs performing at Amateur Idols. Most of the models are very well known in porn circles, and that facial recognition may detract from what you are looking for. Given that it is a DVD archive site, there are literally thousands of adult scenes to choose from here, and the sheer size and variety of the content is impressive. The site stats claim there are over 20,000 video scenes and 5 million pictures in the porn network - that's an amazing amount of porn.

The members area of Amateur Idols is cluttered and easy to get lost in. There isn't any exclusive content to be found on this site; instead you'll soon realize that you've just joined a huge collection of DVD scenes. 34 of these scenes are tagged as being "Featured" but even they have only been ripped from some decent amateur porn DVDs, mostly the Amateur Angels series.

The bonus content is sorted by date and you can preview a full week�s worth of upcoming scenes. The name of the DVD and cast is identified on the preview page, and if you click on the thumbnail you'll be taken to that scene and be able to see a lot more detail. Amateur Idols does a good job with cast ID and sorting of content, and you can just click on a porn star�s name to see the rest of her scenes.

The video content is available WMV, XVID, or MP4 format. The highest video resolution is 576 x 432 - but encoded at a decent level (2 Mbps). There is a huge amount of preview pictures available for each video and the thumbnails are large.
