U.S.C. § 2257 - Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

In 2005 the U.S. Government changed the regulations associated with Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257 that dictates extremely stringent record keeping for photos that depict "Sexually Explicit Conduct".

In early 2006, Congress assisted in further changes to this section that are unclear at this moment. Early indications are that non-producing web site operations (such as this one) may be affected and required to maintain an unmanageable amount of record-keeping.

Thus, the simplest way to comply and ensure without any doubt that the website remains fully legal is to simply not display those types of photos. Until the law is further clarified, I will continue to do so.

As a result, there will be no models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct appearing, otherwise contained in or stored on the domain strokeking.com.
